After latest nerfs to Mimiron hardmode there really was no excuse to put this off any longer. So after struggling a bit with alts, new people and keyboardturners we finally got it right! Raid carried by druids as always in 10 man!
We haven't really spend any time on these hard modes prior to now, especially Orbit-uary. Simply because we wanted to spend our time effectively on the Keeper hardmodes and Iron Council, but with the nerfs they recieved it only made sense to give them some tries, and yeah.
The nerfs were pretty excessive overall. We went in with absolutely no idea how Orbit-uary actually worked out, and that pretty much tells the story on the nerfs it recieved. After a few wipes to figure out how to manage shutdown while still maintaining good pyrite it went down.
As for Heartbreaker, we don't even know if this is a hard mode or not, on the first try we killed the heart and then the boss died some minutes later and we got some loot?
After some fairly good tries last week on this (getting to around ~15% and so), we had a good feeling about going in tonight, we had a couple of 8% attempts and a 4% attempt right before the kill.
Pretty annoying fight with Sif up and her randomness but overall a decent challenge, and a nice change.
After losing this achievement last week by about 2 or 3 seconds we went in tonight with a good feeling about doing this, and after some frustrating tries we done it.
